REFLECT
Leave your anger behind. Jesus tells us in the Gospel today that “whoever is angry with his brother will be liable to judgement…” Cleansing ourselves from anger can be a difficult thing to do. But anger can consume us if we let it. God wants us to reconcile with others or maybe reconcile with ourselves, whoever is the cause of our anger. He gives us the tools but we must utilize them so we can return to the altar of the Lord in the right frame of mind to receive his grace and blessings.
PRAY
Lord, help me to let go of my anger that I may open myself to your grace and blessings. Help me to see the tools you have given me so I may use them wisely.
ACT
Think about what/who is causing your anger and have a meaningful conversation with yourself or someone else.
